        Step 1: Automatic Feeding and IdentificationScrapped PV laminated glass is automatically fed into the system. 3D vision identification is adopted to realize precise processing control.

        Step 2: Frame DismantlingAluminum frames are automatically separated from panels for direct recovery of this high-value metallic material.

        Step 3: Glass Separation & DelaminationThe glass layer is mechanically separated. The laminated structure undergoes layered stripping to remove EVA adhesive, ensuring thorough liberation of internal materials.

        Step 4: Cutting, Crushing and MillingThe separated glass and internal components are pre-cut, then processed by a single-shaft crusher and fine mill to reduce particle size.

        Step 5: Air Classification & ScreeningMaterials are sorted through air classification and vibrating screens to efficiently separate plastics, metals and fine powders.

        Step 6: Final Material RecoveryThe end products include plastic granules, metallic (copper) particles, plastic powder, silicon powder, and silicon-plastic mixed residues, ready for reuse or further refining.

        The line can be equipped with a robotic loading unit. The robot undertakes loading and handling of PV panels. It supports automatic loading of full pallets of standard PV panels within designated areas to reduce manual intervention.

        3D line-scan modeling can be integrated to identify external profiles and junction box features of PV panels. It guides equipment to remove junction boxes, dismantle frames and carry out related operations. This realizes automatic adaptation to panels of various specifications and minimizes manual operations.

        The upgraded scraper for junction box removal provides wider coverage. It can automatically detect vertical, horizontal, single and triple junction boxes (please notify us in advance if other junction box types are required). The scraper direction adjusts automatically, and no manual operation is needed during the working process.
