Recently, our company has continued to deepen R&D in waste lithium-ion battery recycling equipment. We have optimized and upgraded the complete set of equipment for mechanical crushing and physical separation of waste lithium-ion batteries. Adopting pure physical separation technology, the system realizes efficient separation and recovery of cathode and anode materials, copper foil and aluminum foil, delivering low-pollution and high-recovery intelligent solutions for the power battery recycling industry.
Lithium-ion batteries consist of cathode materials, anode materials, separators, electrolyte, copper foil, aluminum foil, binders and other components. Valuable metals including lithium and cobalt are mainly concentrated in cathode materials, while aluminum foil and copper foil used as current collectors also have high recycling value. Conventional treatment technologies are often plagued by insufficient separation purity, heavy pollution and massive resource loss.
To tackle these industrial challenges, our technical team has developed an integrated closed-loop production line. The complete system is composed of shredders, crushers, magnetic separators, pulverizers, classifiers, multi-stage air separation units, pulse dust collectors and high-pressure induced draft equipment. Waste lithium batteries go through multi-stage crushing, magnetic impurity removal and air classification sorting. Without extensive chemical agents, different materials can be accurately separated.
The system boasts multiple strengths: rational layout and high automation; high purity of powder materials after crushing and sorting; full-process pulse dust control to reduce dust pollution; stable and simple technological workflow. It achieves a significantly improved comprehensive recovery rate of valuable metals, copper and aluminum foil. The equipment features strong practicability and suits large-scale treatment of waste power lithium batteries and battery scraps.
With the growing wave of retired power batteries, the lithium battery recycling industry is developing rapidly. Tight supply of strategic resources such as cobalt and lithium makes standardized recycling of waste lithium batteries essential. It can not only ease the shortage of mineral resources, but also prevent ecological pollution caused by improper hazardous waste disposal, bringing both economic and environmental benefits.
In the future, we will keep focusing on lithium battery recycling equipment. We will continuously upgrade core technologies including crushing and air separation, improve equipment operating efficiency, and provide one-stop services of complete equipment and technological solutions for global customers. We strive to support the construction of a full green recycling industrial chain for the new energy sector.
